In 2007, the FBI’s National Crime Information Center statistics revealed that an alarming 814,967 missing person records were entered into NCIC, representing over 2,200 people who are reported missing every day in America. Although these statistics indicate a significant national safety problem, no single law enforcement software application has ever been specifically designed and dedicated to aiding the search for the missing, or allows the citizens of our communities to interact directly with law enforcement agencies in a proactive approach to saving time and increasing efficiency in the search for missing persons.
